How long will it take to process my order?
There are two processes to consider from the time you place your order until the date you receive it.
Fulfilment: Standard fulfilment time is 1-3 business days. Once your order has been fulfilled, you will receive a notification with shipping information, if applicable. Depending on circumstances and stock levels, this may take longer than usual. Don’t worry, we are working hard to maintain stock and minimise waiting time for you!
Shipping: Delivery times can vary from 1-8 business days (1-20 for international orders) depending on the courier service and service level selected.
Delivery time depends on product availability and shipping destination. Once your order is completed and shipped, it is delivered to your final address.
The exact shipping cost for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within X days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@e-maxim.co with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
